EHA offers a mentorship program for early career researchers (and clinicians), pairing them one-on-one with expert mentors. This is called the EHA Mentorship Program.
The program focuses on career development and fostering soft skills (i.e. leadership, networking or presentation skills etc.). For a period of 12 months the mentees will get advice and guidance to help develop their full potential, and accelerate progress and innovation in research and clinical practice.
Participation is free of charge and the meetings are mostly online – only the first meeting between the mentor and mentee is face-to-face and will take place at the EHA Congress. EHA offers financial support to attend the annual EHA Congress.
